  3. Copper pipe layout for the cold storage installation unit. All copper pipes need to be separately inserted into insulation tubes and bundled together with wires in the same direction using air conditioning cable ties. Try to use straight pipelines and fix them in sections.

  4. Since the cold storage installation unit and air cooler are all pressure-sealed in the factory, when opened, there should be pressure. You can check for leaks. The factory copper pipes should have dust-proof measures at both ends. During construction, pay attention to sealing at any time to prevent water and dust from entering the pipe. The condenser, cold storage installation main unit, and air cooler are connected by copper pipes and welded. The interface is firm and beautiful.
  5. Configure wires according to the performance of various electrical appliances. The wire diameter meets the requirements. The joints are firm. If protection pipes are required, they cannot be omitted. The wiring is correct. When the wire enters the junction box hole of the evaporator, it needs to be sealed with silicone. If the lamp is above 36V, a grounding wire is required. The power inlet in the electric cabinet of the cold storage installation unit requires three-phase five-wire system with reliable grounding.
  6. The temperature display probe of the cold storage installation unit is inserted into the return air outlet of the evaporator in the cold storage and is suspended. The defrosting temperature probe of the cold storage installation unit is inserted into the return air outlet of the evaporator in the cold storage through another hole. The probe is inserted into the fin (not close to the electric heating tube).
