Difference between Single-stage Twin-screw Refrigeration Compressor and Double-stage Twin-screw Refrigeration Compressor
2024-09-15
Single-stage two-stage screw refrigeration compressor is driven by one motor to drive the screw in the high-pressure chamber and the screw in the low-pressure chamber. Single machine realizes double compression with compact structure, reasonable layout and beautiful appearance, simplifying the configuration of the refrigeration system.
Double-stage two-stage screw refrigeration compressor is composed of low-pressure stage compressor and high-pressure stage compressor. The screw in high-pressure chamber and the screw in low-pressure chamber are driven by their own motors respectively. Appropriate models can be determined according to different exhaust pressures, suction pressures, applicable media and required refrigeration capacity. It can also obtain a more ideal ratio of theoretical exhaust volume through collocation and selection, so that its actual working condition is close to the optimal working condition. When needed, it can also be changed to single-stage operation with strong scheduling flexibility. In addition, different series and specifications of refrigeration compressors can be selected according to actual needs to achieve multiple high and low compression volume ratios to meet various special needs.
