Reason 1: During the use of the constant temperature cold storage, the door is not closed and the light is not turned off in time. Heat enters, and the warehouse light is on for a long time. The temperature inside the warehouse rises, and the unit starts to operate.
Reason 2: When loading and unloading goods in the constant temperature cold storage, it is chosen at noon. At noon, the outdoor temperature is high, leading to the entry of temperature into the warehouse. In addition, the high heat of the goods themselves will also cause the unit to operate for a long time.
Solution: For those who need to frequently load and unload goods and cannot control the entry and exit times, an air curtain machine can be installed on the warehouse door. Reason 2: There are materials such as refrigeration oil in the unit that need to be replaced regularly. If not replaced for a long time, just like the transmission oil and engine oil of a car, it will turn black and thicken and affect the working effect.
Solution: Regularly maintain the constant temperature cold storage, check the sealing effect inside the warehouse, check whether there is a black colloid under the warehouse door and whether there is air flowing out. You can close the door tightly and then test with a lighter at the bottom to see if the fire will go out. If there is a phenomenon of cold leakage, you can inform the repair team to make adjustments. After all, they are all mechanical parts and will inevitably loosen after long-term use.
