- Fasten parts and components, improve installation gaps, reduce bearing vibration, and reduce machine noise.
The imported screw refrigeration compressor for cold storage construction in an oil field is in poor working condition and has defects.
Regarding the abnormal operation sound among them, it is judged that the main reasons are loose fastening bolts of the compressor, poor alignment of the coupling between the compressor and the motor, and poor rotor operation.
By checking and tightening the fastening bolts to reach the specified value, adjusting the alignment of the coupling, replacing worn parts, and adjusting various installation gaps within the specified value range, the operation sound of cold storage construction is normal.
