Maintenance Methods for Small Modular Cold Storage Failures

- After closing the switch, the distribution box of the cold storage shows no response, while the three - phase power is normal. Please check the neutral wire to see if there is a 220V voltage. The components of the cold storage (various valves, controllers, etc.) have been preset, and there are no parts that need adjustment by users.
- The lights in the cold storage are not on. Please check if the switch is malfunctioning and if the bulb is damaged. Cut off the power during the inspection. When installing the lampshade, pay attention to the waterproofing of the lamp.
- When the ambient temperature is too high, after the refrigeration unit runs for a while, the temperature in the cold storage has not reached the set value, but the refrigeration unit stops in advance. This is because the increase in the ambient temperature leads to too high a condensing pressure of the refrigeration unit.
To protect the compressor, the machine stops operating under the action of the pressure controller. After good heat dissipation, press the black reset button on the pressure controller, and the machine can automatically resume operation. Also, check if the water condenser dissipates heat well. Do not adjust the set value on the pressure controller arbitrarily, otherwise the pressure controller will not be able to protect the refrigeration unit.
- Check the power supply: There is no power on the distribution box or the display screen does not show.
Please check if the special switch of the cold storage is malfunctioning. If the refrigeration unit starts frequently, or does not start for a long time, or keeps running without stopping for a long time, or stops before the cold storage temperature reaches the set value.
- When the machine is running, there is abnormal noise. Please stop the machine for inspection to see if it is caused by vibration or mechanical failure. If there is abnormal noise in the distribution box, this is the sound emitted by the AC contactor. It is because the moving parts of the contactor are partially inflexible.
Please cut off the power and press the electromagnet of the contactor back and forth to eliminate the noise.
