It should be noted that the compressor plays a crucial role in the air conditioning system. Its main job is to compress and deliver cool air, which means the compressor will be in a state of high-speed rotation for a long time. So this is also one of the reasons why the compressor can't work normally. - Check whether there is any leakage of the refrigerant. (2) The clearance of the electromagnetic clutch of the air conditioner compressor is generally designed to be 0.35 - 0.50 mm. If the clutch clearance is less than the specified value and is affected by the engine temperature at the same time, the clutch steel plate of the air conditioner compressor installed beside the engine will undergo thermal expansion, resulting in an overly small clutch clearance. This makes it impossible for the clutch to disengage or causes it to slip after the air conditioner is turned off. In this way, it is also easy to burn out the electromagnetic coil, bearings, clutch and components in the refrigeration system.
