What is a constant temperature and humidity air conditioner?

Constant temperature and humidity air conditioning is a special air conditioning that can simultaneously control the temperature and humidity in a room. It has four functions: heating, cooling, humidification, and dehumidification.
Constant temperature and humidity air conditioning has six systems: purification system, heating system, humidification system, ventilation system, refrigeration cycle system, and control system.
The purification system is composed of a filtration system and a disinfection system.

The heating system is usually composed of PTC ceramic electric heating tube, U-shaped fin electric heating tube, hot water, and steam.
The humidification system usually adopts electrode humidification, steam humidification, infrared humidification, wet film humidification, ultrasonic humidification, high-pressure micro mist humidification and other methods.
The ventilation system is composed of a direct-drive fan, belt-driven fan or EC fan. After the fan operates, it drives the air to flow.

The refrigeration cycle system is the core part of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning. The main components are compressor, evaporative cooler, expansion valve (or capillary tube), outdoor condenser, drying filter and refrigerant. When the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant passes through the evaporator, it exchanges heat with the air. After absorbing the heat in the air, it heats up and turns into a gas-liquid mixture state. The gas-liquid mixture state enters the compressor through the suction port of the compressor. Under the mechanical braking action of the compressor, it becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure gas. The high-temperature and high-pressure gas is discharged to the outdoor condenser through the exhaust port of the compressor. The fan of the outdoor condenser takes away the heat in the refrigerant and turns the refrigerant into a low-temperature and high-pressure liquid.

The control system is an important feature that distinguishes constant temperature and humidity air conditioning from ordinary air conditioning. The heating and cooling of ordinary air conditioning are single-stage regulated. The air conditioning can either be turned on for cooling or heating, and cannot be automatically switched between cooling and heating. Constant temperature and humidity air conditioning can realize automatic switching between cooling and heating, humidification and dehumidification.
